How to request account deletion
Follow these steps in the Financcy mobile app
Account deletion is irreversible
All your data will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.
Step 1
Go to profile
In your Financcy app, tap the user icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2
Open settings
Tap "Settings" on the profile screen.
Step 3
Request deletion
Tap "Delete account" on the settings screen.
